申请书最核心的是表述愿望、提出请求

（不要太长，说清楚自己请求就好，太长反而适得其反）

申请书的写作格式一般来讲都是固定的，它的内容主要包括五个部分：标题、称呼、正文、结尾、落款。

(一)标题

申请书一般由申请内容和文种名共同构成。题目要在申请书第一行的正中书写，而且字体要稍大。

(二)称呼

通常称呼要在标题下空一两行顶格写出接受申请的人名称，并在称呼后面加冒号。如“敬爱的···老师：”。

(三)正文

动机、理由要重点写。申请的理由比较多，则可以从几个方面、几个阶段来写

可以写写你这个项目的意义，对高分子材料的认识等

最后还要表达自己的决心

(四)结尾

申请书可以有结尾，也可以没有。结尾一般写上“此致——敬礼”之类表示敬意的话即可。

(五)落款

落款，即要署上申请人姓名和成文日期。

北京奥运会志愿者项目启动以来，在社会各界和广大志愿者的共同努力下，各项工作进展顺利。形成了包括“迎奥运”志愿服务项目、奥组委前期志愿者项目、赛会志愿者项目、城市志愿者项目、社会志愿者项目、奥运会志愿者工作遗产转化项目等六个工作项目和“微笑北京”主题活动的奥运会志愿者工作格局，为广大志愿者申请人参与奥运、贡献奥运搭建了广阔平台。截至目前，北京奥运会、残奥会赛会志愿者报名人数已突破56万，北京奥运会城市志愿者报名人数已超过27万。

作为一名志愿者是光荣的。2007年4月1日，在参加植树活动时，中国国家主席胡锦涛与志愿者亲切交谈，并提出了殷切希望。国际奥委会主席罗格先生评价“志愿者是奥林匹克运动的基石，是奥运会真正的形象大使”。北京奥组委主席刘淇也指出“志愿者的微笑是北京最好的名片”。“同一个世界，同一个梦想”，我们真诚的希望您继续弘扬志愿精神、传播奥运理念，积极参与志愿服务活动，关注和支持北京奥运会、残奥会的筹办工作！让我们共同参与奥运、奉献奥运、共享奥运，为举办一届“有特色、高水平”的奥运会做出新的贡献！

我们相信，2008年，志愿者的微笑是北京最好的名片！

——A Letter to Applicants for Beijing Olympic and Paralympic Volunteers

Dear applicants for Beijing Olympic and Paralympic volunteers：

At the one-year countdown to the opening of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games，please

allow the BOCOG Volunteer Department of the XXIX Olympiad to extend our warmest

regards to all of you! We also want to express our great gratitude to you for your support

for and participation in the BOCOG’s preparatory work for Beijing Olympic and Paralympic

Games!

Thanks to the joint efforts of all social sectors and individual volunteers, the Beijing

Olympic Volunteer Program has been advancing smoothly since its launch. Six working

projects and a theme campaign of "Smiling Beijing" are underway. These projects include the

"Towards the Olympics" Voluntary Service Project, the BOCOG Pre-Games Volunteer Project,

the Games-time Volunteer Project, the City Volunteer Project, the Social Volunteer Project

and the Olympic Volunteer Work Legacy Transformation Project. A platform has now been

well established for all the volunteer applicants to participate in and make contributions to

the Olympic Games. Up to now, the number of Games-time volunteer applicants for Beijing

Olympic and Paralympic Games has already surpassed 560,000, and the number of city

volunteer applicants has exceeded 270,000.

It is an honor of a lifetime to be a volunteer for the Olympic Games. Chinese President Hu

Jintao, when meeting some Olympic volunteers on the occasion of a voluntary tree-planting

activity on April 1, 2007, expressed his wish that all the volunteers would provide good

services for Beijing Olympic Games. International Olympic Committee (IOC) President Jacque

Rogge once commented that “the volunteers are the footstones of the Olympic Movement

and the real image ambassadors of the Olympic Games.” BOCOG President Liu Qi also

pointed out that “the smile of volunteers is the best calling card for Beijing.”

One World, One Dream. We sincerely hope that you will carry forward the volunteer

spirit, promote the Olympic ideal and participate in various volunteer activities with passion.

Please give us your continuous support for BOCOG’s preparations for the Games in the

spirit of “I participate, I contribute, and I enjoy” and make your unique contributions to the

upcoming "high-level Olympic Games with distinguishing features" in Beijing.

We believe that, in 2008, the smiles of volunteers will present Beijing at its best.
