背转身过人是篮球基本技术，欧文的过人虽然华丽，但用的还是最基本的背转身方法。

背转身过人方法：

控制好脚步。

转身时脚步是关键，当面对防守人员时，即使贴身防守，你可以用左手顶着对方（不要推人犯规），然后右手拍一下球，以左脚为中轴从右至左转身，同时用身体把对方挡在身后。特别注意左脚不要移动，只能在原地转圈，右脚要划一道弧线后迈出，如果想转的远就迈一大步。如果习惯从左至右转身，那就把右脚当作中轴，同样的右脚不要移动，左脚迈步。

保持好手型。

在转身时，主要是手带着球快速转一圈或半圈，因此要保持好手型，应该手掌掌心向下压着篮球，或者稍微侧着手掌压球，一定不要掌心向上托着球，这样容易造成翻腕违例。很多控球不好的球员容易有托球的习惯，这要及时的更正。

转身时篮球要靠紧身体。
